“ืขื ืืืจื” (al hayareach โ โon the moonโ)
instead of the Torahโs correct ending:
“ืขื ืืืจืฅ” (al haโaretz โ โon the landโ).
This stunning scribal mistake not only distorts the meaning of the pasuk, but renders the entire mezuzah pasul (halachically invalid).
